This dealership is easy to work with for service, although service can take a long time. The downside of this dealership in general is that they say when you buy a car that they’ll wash your car, but although service can take a long time. The downside of this dealership in general is that they say when you buy a car that they’ll wash your car, but really, they won’t. Or they make you wait at least an hour (discourages using service) even when no one is waiting, and there is no communication. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty about that aspect of purchase. Otherwise, efficient and professionally run. The only other issue with this service is, I dropped a car off on Monday and didn’t receive it back until Friday. I would have appreciated better communication regarding timing, because I share car with an adult child who wasn’t able to drive loaner. More

I visited the Autohouse on Edans for a recall maintenance only. After service was done, they recommended air filter change which was fine, but the filter compartment wasn't even open to make sure it is neces only. When I opened the filter compartment at my house, I noticed there was a mouse nest inside. No one said anything to me about this at the time of service.
