The service I received on my used 2003 SL purchased from Autohaus on Edens was excellent. The Service Dept went above and beyond the warranty on my vehicle. He has been taking care of my Mercedes S430 for years and always amazes me. He is friendly, responsive and always looks out for my best interest. John is clearly a valuable employee and Autohaus is very lucky to have him. It is also really nice to know that the outstanding customer service dosent stop after you purchase your car from Autohaus. I have an '05 SL65 AMG that was purchased in late of '06 from a non MB dealer. I have several dealers in the area that I interviewed and considered using for service. I'm a very mechanically minded individual who likes and appreciates fast vehicles. I was concerned about a dealer who could do me justice in servicing a V-12 AMG with 604hp and 738 ft.lbs of torque and not be taken advantage of by taking it for joy rides wheneven I brought it in for service. After meeting with Gary Lombardi and deceiding that, even though he has a bit of a active personality and a vocal mouth, we get along extremely well. He knows his stuff. After hours, he, too, is a car guy and appreciates quality equipment. His staff of mechanics are very knowledgeble. John, along with a senior apprentice Jeff, are very dedicated to their job. Knowing this gives me a comfort that my "Baby" will continue to purr right along. PZ More
