The people and service have been consistently excellent and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is be and expensive (consistent with my expectations); however, the car wash facility is horribly under-engineered, closes every time the temperature is below 45 degrees (or for no reason whatsoever) and routinely takes from 30-45 minutes (way too long for a quick exterior only wash). I have called to check if it was open before driving there - only to find that it is closed when I arrived 10-15 minutes later, leaving me angry and frustrated. I have waited for over an hour on multiple occasions for no good reason. By contrast, BMW just a few blocks away turns around cars in about 15 minutes no matter how long the line may be. A good friend that has also owned 3 Mercedes told me that I would HATE the car wash service before I bought my first care there; he was absolutely correct. More

Not only are they personable, knowledgeable and always easy to deal with, they always go out of their way to resolve any issues.+ That is why I will be very disappointed if I have to make the decision to go elsewhere. The Mercedes labor and repair prices, have become beyond the realm of normal. The amount of money I have spent on service, both regular and extraordinary, is ridiculous and outrageous. I have reached the limit, and beyond. However, your dealership is lucky to have the staff in the service department that you do employ, and I am quite confident that they are a major reason for customers returning. I actually referred a customer last year who did come in and I told them whom to ask for in the service department, and they did leave that day with a new Mercedes off the floor. More
