I have had experience with a few luxury car dealerships, but Autohaus on Edens has exceeded the service received elsewhere and has exceeded my expectations. Eddie Garcia is exceptional in his concern fo but Autohaus on Edens has exceeded the service received elsewhere and has exceeded my expectations. Eddie Garcia is exceptional in his concern for the customer's needs. I had a complex issue with my new E450, Eddie made sure every possible "fix" was attempted. This process took a few months. Eddie made sure I was made aware of progress every step of the way. Cindy has been great, too...helping me understand the features on the car. She has tons of patience (I have few tech skills ), and always has gone out of her way to make sure I receive great service when I just stop in for a question or wash. Nancy welcomes me when I stop in and also makes me feel like I'm a very important customer. All the guys who have helped with one thing or another have made me feel so welcome.
