I was disappointed that I made the appointment in advance to have my tires replaced. When I arrived, they didn't know what my vehicle was there for and didn't have the tires in stock. They scheduled a delivery for the tires late in the afternoon and I wasn't able to pick up my vehicle until the following week (running into the weekend). I attempted to check on my vehicle twice over the days it was with you. I could never reach Alejandro. I was told to leave a voicemail, which I did twice, and never received a call back either time. I finally called a third time and begged someone to get a live person for me as I needed to know the status of my vehicle. Communication was extremely difficult. More
