My car has been at the dealership for several weeks, and unfortunately, the original issue remains unresolved. It began with a repair to the sunroof, which had rarely been used but had already failed. Since that repair, I’ve experienced a persistent rattling noise from the headliner that has not been fixed. I was told this noise is "normal" and comparable to other vehicles, but if that’s truly the case, it raises serious concerns about the quality standards of Mercedes-Benz. If a vehicle begins rattling after just three years of ownership, it’s hard to justify considering it a luxury brand. More
