The staff was very nice but did not do what they said they would do. They returned the car dirty. Their policy of requiring the customer to exchange the loaner cars every 3 days is a terrible inconvenien they would do. They returned the car dirty. The employees say all the right things, but generally did not actually keep me updated and I had to follow up with them.
