Good salesman, over long sales management, poor delivery My salesman was helpful and responsive. Takes too long, as at most car dealers, to get a firm, final price. Actual delivery of car was poor. It takes two people to conclude the driver training. The salesman spent time teaching the features of the driving controls a lady then tried to load the Mercedes me app but succeeded with my wife and failed with me. She asked me to return next day, which I did, but she had not heard from the Mercedesme folks, and asked me, rudely in my opinion, to contact them myself. I asked her to train me on the screen controls, which she only did after intervention by my salesman. After doing so, she did try again to reach the mercedesme team; this time successfully signing me up. All in all, good car but felt like work getting set up. Btw, as I was signing title papers , which was good experience, the owner of the dealership dropped in to say hello. [I've known Michael for many years]. He couldn't have been nicer or friendlier. Experience with sales rep, Kevin James, exceeded expectations. Amanda's knowledge of vehicle systems, her ability to explain them & willingness to spend the time to do so was sincerely appreciated. Mike certainly knew the financial procedures, but that process was a bit hurried. The test drive, purchase & delivery experience were all highly acceptable. The only glitch was that the front license plate frame did not get mounted before we left the dealership (I did see the frame in the trunk, but forgot to mention it to anyone). We were able to make the 2-hour return trip to Autohaus a couple of days later to have the frame attached. The service personnel were super. More
Excellent Customer Service!! Top Knotch Dealership!! I went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle, but I didn’t know which one I wanted to go with. Until that is, I met with Oleg who is a Sales Profe I went to this dealership to buy a used vehicle, but I didn’t know which one I wanted to go with. Until that is, I met with Oleg who is a Sales Professional at this dealership. He showed me that leasing would be the better way to go, and I agreed! I was able to lease a brand new vehicle for a lesser payment than purchasing a used one. I would have never guessed that I could be driving a brand new car for the payment that I got. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to this dealership from now on. Oleg took great care of me and answered all my questions and he was very patient with me as well. Also, his customer service, and product knowledge were outstanding. Lastly, I want to give kudos to Nick the New Car Manager with who I met during the end of my transaction. He came over introduce himself and to thank me for my business after we agreed upon numbers. These guys were very polite and super friendly. Thanks guys, and I will definitely be back for a new one once my lease is up. More

Then it became difficult to get answers from him and he sounded like he was too busy to provide aftercare. He said he would call to guide me on how to use the vehicle and never did. The car is great now. The first time I drove it the coolant level light came on and I called the salesman and he never responded. I had to demand to speak with a manager who was great and I towed the car to a local dealership. Someone had forgotten to tighten a coolant hose and the coolant was leaking out as fast as it was put in. Otherwise the overall experience was fantastic. Sheila Mohammed, MD, PhD More
A Good Customer Experience in Car Buying I have been a BMW guy for 20 years. I did not think I was going to buy a Mercedes but I had to give it a shot at least after all this time. I have been wowed by the customer service, the fact that everyone knew I was converting and it was tough psychologically. I was particularly impressed with Flip Gagerman, Amanda and the entire management team that introduced themselves to me while purchasing. It was a good experience. More
