Michael was knowledgeable about the product he was selling as well as about my 12 year old Mercedes. Other Autohaus staff including Mike Mesic, Financial Manager, and others who prepared the car for purchase, were warm and accommodating. The "Special Instruction" is a wonderful feature offered by Autohaus. I have not yet had the opportunity to meet any staff person(s) responsible for giving the "Special Instruction" as I opted to postpone it and schedule it for the near future. More

MB purchase experience in Autohaus We truly had good experience with Tony Patel. Tony is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He was willing to answer our questions/emails and price match with competitors pricing. We will continue to shop with Autohaus in future provided - 1. We would like Autohaus to have a better pricing strategy, which will avoid customers like us finding out deals outside and price matching 2. Pre-paid maintenance we purchased supposed to save 30%. It turned out to be a savings of 78 dollars, which is a shame for you and me. Though I did not buy from your competitor, they have sent me a coupon for 15% off of the first service, which is more than the great prepaid deal we received (78 dollars). Forgot to mention about the commendable support of the service team. I was able to get a software update done in one visit. Technician stayed late to accommodate my request. I was bit hesitant to go for a service visit in two days after purchasing a new vehicle but decided to stop by (took 2 weeks to make the decision) and it was worthwhile. More
