I spent almost $7k in 3 days in the dealership for s580. When i picked up the car the car wasn't clean, and John Morsy told me i needed to replace the car's air filter. I told him it was okay. I told him i wanted the old air filter and he told me no problem he was going to the garbage to pick it up for me. I just bought the car and did not need all the works and definitely did not need new wiper blades and they did not put any fluid in the window washer tank! Tom Lood and this dealership went to bat and beyond expectations in standing up for us on a manufacturing defect that took place on our 2019 Mercedes C300.
