SO Chris Clem was my advisor early on this guy was super great got me in great service and my 335i runs like champ,The other advisor that I had was awesome Ms.Brittany Weiss.I brought my 335i in for some w great got me in great service and my 335i runs like champ,The other advisor that I had was awesome Ms.Brittany Weiss.I brought my 335i in for some work on replacing oil pan gasket. Brittany got me set with a loaner car for the days My car would be down.Thank You. Quality of service is fine but the communication is slow and required me reaching out on more than one occasion. I had an appointment for Monday morning and the vehicle was not ready until Wednesday afterno and required me reaching out on more than one occasion.
