We understand that you arrived quite a bit later than your scheduled appt and wanted to be helped immediately while Brittany was already assisting two other customers. You appeared to be in a big hurry. Chris jumped in and took over the situation and we believe handled everything to your satisfaction and arranged for you to have a ride to your destination, seeing the 5 stars you gave Chris.
