Linda is responsive and proactive and serves as my advocate who ensures that my vehicle is serviced and ready as promised. I must also mention Chris Buie, who sets the tone for my visit with a courteous and professional greeting. I always have a great experience visiting Autohaus. Dan is exceptional at taking care of my needs and is flexible with my schedule. Dan is absolutely exceptional! His professionalism and attention to delivering high-quality service is unrivaled. I will only see Dan when I bring my vehicle in for service. I have no complaints and I am usually one of the first to spread word when a dealership or business is subpar. My car is delivered clean, washed, and looking better than when I dropped it off. I have not had to have them redo any work performed (unlike other BMW dealers in the area). I would gladly pay more (and that is unusual for me to say) to purchase a car or have my car serviced by Autohaus. More

There is a rare combination of efficiency, professionalism, and even certain elegance about this dealership. Not only service managers and advisers, but even the technicians appear as competen professionalism, and even certain elegance about this dealership. Not only service managers and advisers, but even the technicians appear as competent in their field as my colleagues (I am a university professor) are in their (and certainly dress better.). The Joe Machens dealership in Columbia where I live is excellent, but I've driven from to the service department of the Autohaus on several occasions to have Dinan parts installed, which can't be done locally, and have always been met with courtesy without obsequiousness, expertise without overbearing, and invariable willingness to accommodate reasonable demands. Well-trained staff in the places which are most important: reception, parts, and of course service bay. More
It's been nearly a year since I acquired my M3 from Autohaus, and I have been overwhelmingly pleased with their sales and service department. I didn't feel like a number just waiting in line. Within a matter of minutes, Bob had me out the door in a loaner car...and had my M service completed and ready to go by the end of the day.
