He couldn't have been nicer and had a car ready and waiting for me. I thought my car would be at the service center all day, but he called to tell me it was ready just a few hours later. Chris couldn't have been more efficient! (The only disappointing thing is that I failed to bring my car in on time for warranty service check ups, as I was too busy, and I didn't realize my warranty time expired, thus incurring costs for the service. ) More

Excellent service! Every time I come here they are always ready for me. I just pull up drive right in and someone is there to greet me and get me to my service advisor. Every time I come here they are always ready for me. I just pull up drive right in and someone is there to greet me and get me to my service advisor. I don't even have to give them my name they know who I am and who my appointment is with. I don't know how they do it. I always get a loaner vehicle and I'm on my way in no time at all. After taking my wife's vehicle to her dealer and waiting 2 hours in their overcrowded poor excuse of a waiting room for a simple oil change, I appreciate the Autohaus experience even more. More

A reliably great repair shop! My husband and I have visited Autohaus in the past for routine repairs, but our car hit the 5 year mark, went haywire, and needed more major repairs. My husband and I have visited Autohaus in the past for routine repairs, but our car hit the 5 year mark, went haywire, and needed more major repairs. These guys worked fast to diagnose and fix the problem, which ended up being two-fold, and we had our car back in working order within the week. The place is comfortable, the service guys knowledgeable, and the mechanics top notch. I only have the name of my service guy but everyone there was great. We bought our car before we moved to STL 3 years ago, but will definitely consider this place when we are ready to buy again. More

Great Customer Service- Jennifer Burke- AWESOME I have now switched to having my service to Autohaus even though I live off of Olive. I go 7 miles out of my way to come to Autohaus and have Jennife I have now switched to having my service to Autohaus even though I live off of Olive. I go 7 miles out of my way to come to Autohaus and have Jennifer Burke to be my Service Advisor. She is the most wonderful lady I have met in any Service Drive. I travel throughout the country to different Dealerships and she is the most straight forward and honest person. Each and every time I service or repair issues it is done right. Excellent Service I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink st I was not only greeted by a service technician, but I was led to an office to be seated comfortably. I was able to visit their complimentary drink station and grab a tea while my paperwork was being processed. I was given a "loaner" car to use for 24 hours while my car was being serviced. When I returned to get my car, it was washed and returned to me in better shape than when I arrived. I appreciate Chris Clem for his patience and friendliness---every time I have an issue, he takes care of it!! More
