Consistently Satisfied Customer Have dealt with 5 different service consultants over 2 years at Autohaus. Every one has been friendly, trustworthy, and taken great care of me and my Have dealt with 5 different service consultants over 2 years at Autohaus. Every one has been friendly, trustworthy, and taken great care of me and my BMWs. This time it was Patty Kupfer and she was great. The valets even recognize me by name ( I'm there like 4 or 5 times a year ). Keep up the great work. More

Amazing Service Department My service advisor at Autohaus BMW, Patti Kupfer, is amazingl!! She is courteous and goes above and beyond in answering all of my questions. Quick service My car was overheating over the weekend. I called at 7;30 am on Monday morning and I was given an 8:30 am appointment and a loaner car by Chris Clem. My car was overheating over the weekend. I called at 7;30 am on Monday morning and I was given an 8:30 am appointment and a loaner car by Chris Clem. The water pump was replaced and the car was ready first thing on Tuesday morning. Chris was very helpful. More

Awesome Service I went in for an oil change and was soon advised of some things that were going on with my vehicle. Greg was great at letting me know what I needed an I went in for an oil change and was soon advised of some things that were going on with my vehicle. Greg was great at letting me know what I needed and had a loaner vehicle ready to go before we finished our conversation. I have had 5 BMW's in the last 23 years and all have been serviced by Autohaus BMW. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with many different service technicians and all of them have been upfront, honest and professional. Chris Clem, in particular, has been my ambassador to great BMW service and a great business relationship over the years. Although this review is long overdue, I felt it was the right thing to do. Service Manager I have purchased a few BMW's from Auto Haus. With that being said the sales staff was great and made buying the cars an easy enjoyable experience. My I have purchased a few BMW's from Auto Haus. With that being said the sales staff was great and made buying the cars an easy enjoyable experience. My salesman Nick was very easy to work with and the Used Car Manager John was great. Unfortunately when I arrived home with my daughters car I noticed the tail light was loose. I made a call to Nick and he said bring it in whenyou pick yours up. When I arrived on Friday to drop off my daughters car and pick mine up, I let them know I would need a service car. This it where it all went wrong. When Nick walked me down to him and told him I needed a car, the first thing he said is who made this appointment,then he told me I couldn't have a car and I should drive back up on Monday. When I told him I live 45 min away he just stared at me. I told him that wasn't an option and he replied "we don't like loaning cars over the weekend". By this time I was done with him and I ran into John the used car Manager. He quickly fixed the situation by having me speak to someone else. I told John I would try to keep their service Manager out of the public eye if at all possible Great folks to buy from... Service Manager should be fired!!! More
