Excellent Service Moved to St. Louis a year ago and started to send my car here for maintenance. I've seen mike twice for maintenance and a minor repair under warranty. I usually drop off my car after work and talk to either Mike or Linda who are both friendly and helpful, my loaner is ready and I'm on my way home. Picking up my car up the next night is just as easy. More

Great service, quick turnaround I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in part I thoroughly appreciate that BMW leases include all service for normal driving and warranty bumper to bumper but the service team at Autohaus, in particular Chris Clem who I ask for when I need service, is exceptional at what they do. They are polite and always try to accommodate the scheduling needs I have. They also put you in a loaner car that is in great condition and good working order whenever a longer service appointment is needed. I have had experiences with other BMW dealerships in St. Louis and none compare to the straightforward approach and service experience Autohaus offers. I purchase from there, in part, because of this consistency. More

By far, the service we have received from her and this dealership is ALWAYS 5 Star quality!! Sure, we've had a few issues with the car but we also have an extended warranty and she has been able to get the work covered, every time! Great communication during the service period and I find myself smiling after every call. I own several other makes and have yet to experience the service levels I get from this dealership on a consistent basis. The work has always been done as promised and without need for return visits. If you need the services of a very qualified shop and want to experience the same level of perfection that BMW delivers, please ask for Linda - the Ultimate Service Advisor. More

He schedules my appointment around my convenience, and informs me of any service items that require immediate attention. In turn, I'm usually not without my vehicle for more than a day. In addition, the fact that this service department provides loaner vehicles as a standard service feature is an immense convenience. No having to worry about getting a ride from friends or family. In fact, I already have a lead on which car I'm looking to purchase next. More
