Found Car on auto trader, called and spoke to salesman told him I was very interested in car but would not be coming up until Monday as A bad storm Was headed our way. Brittany Weiss. . Her relentless efforts to make sure that my X5 was available for the trip back to northwest Iowa was just the type of service that I needed for conf . Her relentless efforts to make sure that my X5 was available for the trip back to northwest Iowa was just the type of service that I needed for confidence. She was awesome in detailing everything. Questions were answered immediately. Clarifications were understood quite thoroughly. The service department was excellent with the inspection video and issues were documented and understood in laymen’s terms. The two ladies at the payment desk were friendly and efficient. It all started with a broken water pump. A free inspection that followed….And mission accomplished. I appreciate the folks at Autohaus!! Great work and a great team. More
