Syed from the hackensack dealership was amazing! I had lost one of the keys to my car. He ensured me that it would be no problem to replace it so whomever found it could not use it on the car and let me k lost one of the keys to my car. When I came in to get the replacement, he had me in and out of the dealership in 20 minutes. He was amazingly attentive and extremely nice. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE CONSIDERING DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!...The major CON with doing business with this company, is that i wish i had found them earlier. I had been searching for a mothers day gift for my wife and visited multiple dealers and had been disappointed with every sales person and their fake sales pitches.This was not the case at PARAMUS Nissan. I was Overwhelmed with the professionalism, courtesy, and expertise the 3 gentlemen that assisted me had. Tony DeOliveira, Alex, and Saieed helped me find what i needed verses what i thought i wanted. Tony was the first car salesman that actually asked me what my main needs were instead of just shoving a bunch of unnecessary features and equipment packages down my throat. Alex found a car he thought my wife would like, and they even allowed me to test drive it to my house, just so my wife could see and drive it. They never hurried me and was willing to stay late just so my wife could really get a feel of the vehicle. Being in sales and finance myself, i was a little demanding and skeptical, but they eased my tension by being patient and willing to go over every number one by one with me. They had us SOLD, 16 hours later they delivered my wife's new car to my job, and the paperwork was signed. I'm even paying $16 more than i had initially set out to, but you cant really put a price on satisfaction, trust, and getting the exact product you want, plus a couple of bonuses they didn't charge me for. Again, this is the place you want to be when investing in your next vehicle. I will be returning to them sooner than they think. I dont know about the other employees in the company,but, Try Tony or Alex out, Tell them DURAN sent you. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!! More
