I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the customer care service at Autoworld of Conway. Despite numerous requests for the car maintenance history and any assistance with frustration with the customer care service at Autoworld of Conway. Despite numerous requests for the car maintenance history and any assistance with repair, all my attempts to contact the dealership have been ignored. Three days after purchasing my vehicle, it suddenly shut off while I was driving on the highway. This dangerous incident required me to have the vehicle towed to my residence. Upon inspection, my mechanic discovered an oil leak and a locked engine. Additionally, he found that several hoses were improperly placed, indicating severe negligence in the vehicle's maintenance. Due to the arbitration agreement I was required to sign at the time of purchase, I am unable to take legal action against Autoworld of Conway. I am now stuck with an inoperable vehicle, which is a significant financial burden. The necessary repairs, including replacing the engine and other faulty parts, amount to $25,000. While discussing my options, in the event something were to happen to my vehicle, I deliberately asked my salesman if they’d be willing to assist me if any issues were to arise. He agreed that they would, but that has not been my experience. When I reached out to him regarding my concerns and the fact that my car was inoperable, he retorted that all he’d be willing to do was point me in the direction of an auto shop. During the purchasing process, the dealership was eager to communicate. However, once they received my payment and were made aware that I needed significant repair and assistance with such repairs, they became completely unresponsive. This lack of integrity and concern for consumers is disheartening. I had hoped to enjoy my Chevelle, but instead, I am dealing with significant repair costs and an unreliable vehicle. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from Autoworld of Conway. If you must, I encourage you to thoroughly investigate and verify the vehicle's condition and maintenance history. More
Just purchased a 1972 Corvette Stingray from the Classic Car division of Auto World of Conway and I couldn't be happier! After dealing with scammers and people claiming to have 100 vettes in their warehouse Car division of Auto World of Conway and I couldn't be happier! After dealing with scammers and people claiming to have 100 vettes in their warehouse(all pigs with lipstick) the vette was everything they said it was, they were straight up honest about the good and bad, then took care of the bad at no extra cost. Kept me informed on the cars prep every step of the way up to transport date which they set up, all I had to do was wait and man was it worth it. Patience is key when dealing with these classics. Thanks guys, I really appreciate the time and effort you all put into this gem. I now have a beautiful Silver City Gray 1972 Corvette Stingray in my garage......dream come true! More
