I had to have a part replaced that was extremely hard to find and on back order. They took time to look for the part around the US and find it in order to get it shopped quickly for replacement. They are very slow; an hour and a half to do routine maintenance is ridiculous. Never remember I have a warranty (Ally) and can't remember to charge them, not give me a discount. Had tires rotated and the same two on the right that have mud on them never moved, unless they changed the fronts and backs, which isn't a rotation. I've asked for the last 30,000 miles to check the filter; which they did and then told me I needed to do a better job at maintenance. More

We were visiting from out of town and had an issue with our vehicle. Traci Massey went above and beyond to help us out. I've been a regular at your dealership for fifteen years now--even before it became AutoStar, and the service and outstanding treatment I receive by both my service advisor, Brian, and my preferred usual te now--even before it became AutoStar, and the service and outstanding treatment I receive by both my service advisor, Brian, and my preferred usual technician, Donnie, as well as my "parts" manager, Kelvin, are all the very best! I always feel, whatever my problem may be, is of utmost importance to them as it is to me! I thank them all for their genuine concern and helpful attitude resulting in my quick, timely service and/or repairs! I'm not sure of Donnie's or Kelvin's last names as we're on a first name basis---But I gave five stars below, of course to Brian Sullivan as well as Donnie Williams and Kelvin Coval assuming it's the people I mentioned above!
