Very difficult for me to go a week without a car and living secluded on top of mountain. Unlike our previous experience, once they had our vehicle ( jeep JK) they were very unresponsive and kept it 14days..had to call numerous times, very rarely got a live person, left messages, no text vehicle ( jeep JK) they were very unresponsive and kept it 14days..had to call numerous times, very rarely got a live person, left messages, no text returns. Then after waiting 8 days, our vehicle was behind others to get worked on which delayed it further. Tech told us they dropped a piece into the engine and couldn't get it out, so they had to scope it, and charged us for this error. Took it here because they're a Jeep service center, but not again. The reliability of Auto Star service is 'Kuma Matata' from "Lion King" which means 'No Worries!" They fixed my van. They ALWAYS get my vehicle fixed when I take it over.
