I was pretty disappointed in my experience. The dealership didn’t have the parts that I needed to get work done. The estimates I were given were very high. When I declined the services that were recommended to me, I was charged TWO diagnostic fees totaling $350. Overall, I got an oil change (with no change of fuel filter since the dealership didn’t have any) that cost almost $540. Diagnostic fees were never discussed when I dropped off my vehicle, so it came as a complete surprise when I was charged those fees. When I asked Brian about the fees, he was a bit “stand-offish”. A little communication would have gone a long way. Our last communication was at 10:52 in the morning. At 4:20 that afternoon, I finally reached out to see when my Jeep would be ready to pick up, since they were only doing an oil change. They responded that it was ready to pick up. That was pretty frustrating since I now had to scramble to get to the dealership by the time they closed at 5:00. Overall, very frustrating. More

The service department has gone completely downhill. My experience there was the worst I have ever had. The person who took my vehicle in was almost useless and did not know what he was doing. If it had not been for Brian (I believe that was his name) I would have left. It took the shop nearly 5 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation. They said they had to replace 2 lugnuts and studs, which cost me $200.00. Seems very overpriced for a simple part and task. In general, the entire Service Department has fallen apart. I purchased my truck here in 2011 and have many service appointments. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. YOU ARE SLOW, OVERPRICED AND LACK KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE. More
