Nathan, greeted us when asked him if he would show us a truck we were interested in. He was very polite and professional as we're the other people at the dealership. The servicer apparently did not reset the oil change notification. When I turn on the ignition,, the panel reminds of oil change, which had just been done. Last oil change, reminder was set at 3000 mile notification. When I turn on the ignition,, the panel reminds of oil change, which had just been done. The salesman Nathan was easy to work with. The Manager Brooke called me to see what they could do for us to purchase the vehicle. Once the conversation was done, she said she would call back shortly but that never happened. Called back several days later to basically get the same thing. But this time saying she would call back within 5 minutes and 1/2 hour later still no return call. Thank goodness they were not depending on her to sell a car. More
