They got the sale and now they don't give a crap about us. Ok, then we don't either. Careful how you treat customers after the sale. More

It was great working with Josh, he got me a lifted truck they had on their lot. We worked together for a week or so to make sure that I knew everything I wanted to for the purchase. they had on their lot. If you have your own loan go somewhere else! if you liked a car online and are ready & willing to pay transportation fee go to another dealer. one that had the car in stock preferably. If you if you liked a car online and are ready & willing to pay transportation fee go to another dealer. one that had the car in stock preferably. If you buy from here you can get your car right away if you take their finance. If you are not willing to get ripped off by the person in the finance department, I would recommend you run to another dealer. I had a signed contract on a car, that they broke because the car sold in another state. They told me that the car would be mine if we did the contract that same night I was fine with it. I asked them not to run my credit as I already was in the process of securing my own loan and they still ran it 4 times. thank you finance guy! I walked out of this place with 4k less in my pocket and a promise the car I signed for would be mine and not a single paper other than a copy for my down payment. I found another car and have been waiting for 2 weeks now because their finance guy can not read email and provide a bill of sale to close out my deal. I should have trusted my gut. I walk in after receiving proof of a wire transfer from my lender and they tell me I have to wait 1-2 ways as they are worried of some type of scam. my money was not a scam when they took it and I gave them an additional 2.5 k as my lender requested me to do so to quality for the loan that was nearly 4-5 % lower than the one the finance offered. I know my credit is not the best. Maybe the one that should be worried about a scam is me? They backed out once, what's to stop them from breaking my deal again? Go somewhere else if you want honest people that will treat you and your money with respect. I truly feel I have been treated different because I'm Hispanic. be careful with this corporation. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. More
Purchased a 2004 Nissan Frontier showing only 92,000 miles on it. It was advertised for 8900.00 but turned out to be 10,000 so financing was then required. Have had the truck less than 6 months and ha miles on it. It was advertised for 8900.00 but turned out to be 10,000 so financing was then required. Have had the truck less than 6 months and have had to replace the starter, the radiator, the clutch, the passenger side power window motor, and refill the freon for the a/c. Additionally discovered there is no key entry on the passenger side door. A total of 1200.00 in repairs. I bought from a dealer because they are suppose to be more trustworthy than a stranger off of Craigslist or Offer Up. In this case - not really. Wint be returning to this dealership. More
