I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed very carefully. During the sales process, I was clearly promised that the roof and bumper on the vehicle vehicle from this dealership to proceed very carefully. During the sales process, I was clearly promised that the roof and bumper on the vehicle would be repaired if I moved forward with the purchase. After taking the car home, I discovered additional serious issues including seatbelts that did NOT properly lock or recoil, which is a major safety hazard. No vehicle should ever be sold in that condition. I also experienced problems with the air conditioning system that were supposed to be covered, yet nothing was addressed. Over the following week, I made multiple attempts to contact the dealership and was repeatedly ignored. Calls were not returned, and there was little to no communication. When I finally reached the sales manager, instead of taking responsibility or offering to correct the safety concerns and promised repairs, I was immediately told to just return the vehicle. That response was both unprofessional and alarming, especially after being sold a car with safety-related defects. While the deal was ultimately unwound, the entire experience showed a serious lack of integrity, accountability, and customer care. Selling a vehicle with faulty seatbelts and then failing to follow through on promised repairs is unacceptable. I was Scammed! Do your homework, ask for EVERYTHING in writing, and get a thorough inspection before buying from this dealership. Do not trust verbal promises here!! More
