My car that I purchased several months ago required $5000 worth of repairs. There are things wrong with the car that had to of been there before purchasing and the service team did not review it closely enou worth of repairs. Talked to manager 'Nick' who claimed to want to help his customers but was upset that a review was left after no one would help us the first time we contacted them. If you are looking for a vehicle that will have severe mechanical issues within months, a manager who doesn't actually care about the customers once they have already bought a car, and getting the runaround from 3-4 departments. This is the dealership for you. We have bought 4 cars at autonation in the last 4 years but it won't be happening again. More

I recently visited the AutoNation dealership at 10601 Papago Fwy, Avondale, AZ, with the intention of selling my car, anelectric vehicle (EV), after receiving a good faith offer from the dealership. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Upon arrival, a staff member conducted a thorough inspection of my vehicle and confirmed that it was in the exact condition as described—fully operational and meeting all promised standards. However, I was then informed by the manager, Mr. Jared Senne, that the dealership was not interested in acquiring EVs. Despite this, I was offered the option to sell the vehicle at a significantly reduced price of $4,000 less than the original written offer, which was framed as a "favor" to me. This situation raises serious concerns about the dealership's business practices. If there was no interest in purchasing EVs, it is unclear why a formal offer was extended in the first place. This experience not only wasted my time but also appeared to be a bait-and-switch tactic, as the revised offer was substantially lower than the agreed-upon amount, despite the vehicle meeting all expectations. I found the conduct at this location to be unprofessional and lacking in integrity. As a result, I cannot recommend this AutoNation dealership to others, particularly for those looking to sell their vehicles. It is worth noting that I have previously sold a vehicle at a different AutoNation location and was treated with fairness and respect, which underscores the inconsistency in customer service across your dealership network. I hope AutoNation takes steps to address these practices to ensure a more transparent and equitable experience for future customers. More
