Jared explained everything that needed to be done and got it done quickly and efficiently. He differentiated between things that needed to me done immediately and also told me about things that are going to it done quickly and efficiently. He differentiated between things that needed to me done immediately and also told me about things that are going to need attention in the not too distant future and he worked within the budget I had for this service visit. He also was able to minimize my costs as much as possible. My car was returned to me in a timely manner and was spotlessly clean. I'm always satisfied with the service at AutoNation Toyota South Austin. I bought my car there and continue to bring it in for servicing even after the service program I got when I bought the car expired. Thank you, Jared Jones for your excellent service. More
Really disappointed in my last service - first of all, give me a clue that Fridays are a big day, so can choose to schedule for another day. When I picked up my car, there were greasy finger-prints all over the door handle, trunk, and inside and outside of windshield. The steering wheel was also grimy, and the rearview mirror was in a totally different position, as was the seat. The moving of things I understand, but leaving greasy prints all over my vehicle, inside and out, is just unprofessional, and not how I expect the new car I purchased there to be treated. More
