Had a scheduled appointment for 11am. Vehicle sat on the lot until 12:20pm before entering the service bay. Service writer promised it would take 1-2 hours to complete the service. Vented my frustration at the lack of customer service and the fact I sat in the waiting room for 4.5 hours. Never had this poor service from any other Toyota Dealership in the USA or Canada on my travels. My recommendation - find a more professional Dealership even if you have to travel further. There were others waiting for long periods of time for minor services. Totally unacceptable service. Alan S. More
