Always good service when I come in for oil changes, tires, etc.. Wait times are high and communication pf the status of my car could be improved. Over 2.5(I was told about 1-1.5 hrs) hours to wait for tires, etc.. Wait times are high and communication pf the status of my car could be improved. Over 2.5(I was told about 1-1.5 hrs) hours to wait for an oil change is excessive. My car was done and sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes. I had to seek out someone to let them know my car was done. I understand being busy, but please increase communication. The employees are always kind and answer questions too. More

Engine light came on and car would not operate. Towed to AutoNation and diagnosed with bent oil pan and other problem causing the car to not operate. I could be more happy with the service received and kudos to Scott Tucker our Customer Care Specialist who kept us in the loop and advised me of what was going on every step of the way.
