I waited outside at the service line for about 8 minutes and the I decided to walk inside to see the service rep. After my paperwork was found I was told it will take about two hours. I waited two hours an and the I decided to walk inside to see the service rep. After my paperwork was found I was told it will take about two hours. I waited two hours and 11 minutes. I got up and looked outside and found my car was parked in the departure area. I subsequently returned to the service desk and informed the service person that my car was ready. She had difficulties finding my paperwork since it was handed over to another person. The service was a recommended 25K routine service and should not take this long while having a a scheduled appointment. I hope the dealership will be able to hire more workers soon. More

I feel confident in taking my car into AutoNation for service in that my car is in the hands of their skilled technicians and all areas of the car will receive the needed maintenance for keeping it at it service in that my car is in the hands of their skilled technicians and all areas of the car will receive the needed maintenance for keeping it at its peek smooth running performance. Not happy with the Toyota service. The first appointment booked on 7/14 I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to check me in. I went into the office and told the Manager that I was waiting for my appoin booked on 7/14 I waited 20 minutes and no one showed up to check me in. I went into the office and told the Manager that I was waiting for my appointment for the past 20 minutes and he said they were short staffed and needed to hire people. I told the Manager to cancel my appointment that I was leaving. I rebooked the appointment for 7/19. The only service that needed done was for my tires to be rotated and fluids checked. It took 2 1/2 hours of waiting for that service to be completed. Again I was told they didn't have enough staff to handle the workload. I really like my RAV4, but I would never recommend their service. More
