2 days in a row I called and was told hold was longer than 2 minutes but I would not lose my place in the queue if I left a message and someone would return my call shortly. They should have gone to an auto supply store and got one rather than make customer wait that long. More

The service took way to long. The service advisor said it would take 1:30 to complete But it really took 3 Hours to complete. One additional problem.
