AutoNation Toyota Fort Myers - Service Center

I have been a loyal customer for 13 years. I have bought or leased my last 4 cars here. My 2019 Rav 4 battery needed replacing after i couldn't start it at my job. I called AAA and they cam I have bought or leased my last 4 cars here. My 2019 Rav 4 battery needed replacing after i couldn't start it at my job. I called AAA and they came and replaced the battery for 350.00. It was back to normal however I realized my radio and GPS monitor hadn't reset. I brought it to AutoNation who stated it needed a diagnostic workup, at a cost of 195.00. All it needed though was a reset, not a diagnostic workup. I was still charged $195.00 for the reset and 23.00 for rags. I know not a single rag was used for the reset. I feel totally taken advantage of in this instance and as a result will not be having my car service here anymore and will no longer be buying from you. You just lost a good customer. More

I had a diagnostic test run but when I told the person why I was there she & the mechanic never understood what I was talking about. I found that out when I was checking out. I was told not to use the b why I was there she & the mechanic never understood what I was talking about. I found that out when I was checking out. I was told not to use the brake button unless I parked on an incline. needless to say I was charged $233.71 for the test but I am suppose to have a extended warranty they could not find. More

Have been using their service department for work done under warranty. I usually wait and my Customer Care Specialist said that it would be done in and hour and a half and he was spot on.
