I bought a new 2021 Forester here- my first experience with this dealership. I must say, I was surprised by what a rather pleasant experience it was. Terrible service experience. Shuttle driver (Subaru employee) nearly seriously injured my 11 year-old son when he drove off in a hurry before he was even inside the vehicle. Luckily my wife who was sea employee) nearly seriously injured my 11 year-old son when he drove off in a hurry before he was even inside the vehicle. Luckily my wife who was seated in the rear seat was able to pull him in before he fell out! Driver then drove like a maniac to our destination. Upon return it was discovered that not all of the service that was listed on the invoice as being performed was completed; the tire rotation for example - which leads me to question whether or not the service was completed at all or if the recalls were actually performed. Oil cap was replaced with a different (old, worn and filthy) cap than what I showed up with, so I'm sure they at least touched that. There has been no follow up to my complaints from the dealership or Subaru of America, which in my opinion, is unacceptable. More
