My first experience with Scottsdale dealership. My Outback battery died, it was mid-day, and thankfully I was able to get a jump and get it to this nearby dealership. He was very professional and had excellent communication skills. Overall experience could not have been better. I rarely write reviews, but it’s important to recognize this caliber of service. I came in to have my coolant system checked under warranty and mentioned the level was low when cold and there was air in the coolant system. This was the second time I’ve been in for this issue. After waiting 2 hours I was told there are no issues with having air in my cooling system and everything was ok just as last time. After telling them I knew it wasn’t correct they said I would need to wait at least another hour for it to cool again Even though I had said it when I arrived. I requested my keys and will go to another dealership as I should not have to argue to have my car I’m paying for that’s under warranty fixed or even looked into to see the problem. They even tried to make me look like a bad guy in front of the showroom for wanting my car to run as it should acting like I was a problem. When I asked Steven if there was a manager there I was told there wasn’t which is pretty ridiculous if it’s true. More
