The people were very friendly especially Eve. The only negative I can say is I was concerned about the financing. The website indicated there was a finance special. This dealership has kept my Subaru Outback in top condition since I purchased it in 2019. When I recently brought it in for some service, I was told it would be between 2 and 3 hours. I elected to wa condition since I purchased it in 2019. When I recently brought it in for some service, I was told it would be between 2 and 3 hours. I elected to wait but I did not get my car back until 4.5 hours later. Considering I made an appointment, such a long wait time should not have happened. It was about 2 hours before they even got to my car. What is the point of even making an appointment if that is how the service area is run? For this reason I only gave 3 stars. It would have been 5 stars if they were even slightly more forthcoming with regards to their ability to estimate time. Fortunately they do a very good job servicing the automotive needs of my vehicle. They have to improve in the area of scheduling, especially if they are requesting clients to make an appointment for service. More
