I found my dream car online and they made this while experience a nightmare . The sales guy Brian told me he was running 1 credit check through MY BANK instead ran 5 HARD checks through 5 random banks experience a nightmare . This was the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. Steven Russo has zero customer service skills. I bought a new used car and it comes with a 90 day 4k mile warranty. Upon buying my car I told the sales rep my interior leather is dirty and asked if he could clean it and he said no problem I can swing it by whenever. As soon as I leave my brakes starts squeaking so a week later I swing by and drop the car off to fix the brakes and clean the seats and they do nothing with my seats, they wipe the seats with a rag. They tell me my brakes are fine they're just dusty so I drive off and now my brakes are acting up super bad and making loud scrape sounds so they take the car back after 3 hour of waiting I get my car back and it's messed up, they finally fix that and I'm on my way home and I get a text saying the mechanic left a tool on my brakes and I need to come back immediately so they can retrieve the tool. On my drive home my brakes already start squeaking so I set up an appointment with my personal mechanic I usually go to and he Informs me my front brakes are 90% worn. I call autozone to schedule an appointment to get new brakes , they said I can schedule it anywhere but nope they lied I have to drive 40 miles to their exact dealership in order to receive any service. So I arrive with complaints about my brakes and my trunk struts are bad because it doesn't open all the way independently as it should . They tell me the brakes will be $330 each and my trunk will be $550 ! Why did I drive and waste my full day to bring my car in under warranty if you don't honor your warranty and on top of that you return my car to me in worse condition than what I gave to you. Horrible dealership! Only cares about selling cars and making money!! Don't waste your time or money here !! More
