I think most dealerships focus on getting someone in a car while this one had a clear focus of having their potential customers make informed decisions. I bought my Subaru here and Ive brought it back for nearly all of its oil changes and service. Since it got rid of the TV, I find it a very comfortable place to wait but i usually don’t have to wait lo nearly all of its oil changes and service. Steve Russo always keeps me informed about the progress of the planned service and I always feel comfortable asking questions. But you really need to get your computers and printers fixed. More
