Our teenage daughter bought a 2009 Forester from a private seller, so we took it in to have it checked over. This was our first experience with Subaru. I didn’t reply at first because I was waiting to see how they did on follow up. Part of the price of my new Subaru was window tinting ($499 add on). When I picked up my Subaru, it had not been done. I had many instances where they would say that they would do something and not get back to me. I love the dealership’s service department. But with all new cars being ordered, it would seem that they would have time to get in touch and finish with my car. More
