I had a great experience with AutoNation Subaru Scottsdale—they are simply the best! I brought my Subaru Outback in for an emergency repair and can’t believe I was offered a same day appointment. E Scottsdale—they are simply the best! I brought my Subaru Outback in for an emergency repair and can’t believe I was offered a same day appointment. Even more, when the repairs became greater than one day, they offered me a loaner! The Service Department, and the entire dealership is very high class and professional. In Service, Shawn walked me through every step of the repair process and made great suggestions for proactive work. Shawn and everyone in Service were very knowledgeable, friendly, and offered great customer service. Sorry I didn’t buy my car there! More
