Hannah Proud was excellent. :) She was friendly and communicative and made sure to answer all of my questions, and I know I could go back to her if any more come up. Financing was more frustrating; I know it is their job to sell things, but Maria Gomez was very insistent about warranties that I clearly expressed that I did not have interest in and could not afford, and when there was an issue with the initial lender declining she wasn't clear at all with what happened afterward, just said it had been handled-- Sean (I believe that was his name) was very helpful in clearing up confusion when I called to ask about it and walked me through what had been done on the back end and where my loan would actually be through as well as what to expect with my loan, as I had never taken out an auto loan before.
