Stunned customer responded

This "matter" was already brought to the dealer's attention. Three times as a matter of fact. The last I heard, this problem - that no voice-related application works properly - was "unfixable." This on a new Subaru vehicle! If that is still Autonation Subaru's firm position, there is little point in contacting the manager or returning to this dealership and I will look elsewhere for help. If there is a willingness to do what it takes to correct this malfunction - which I learned last weekend could actulally become a health and safety issue - I'd be pleased to bring the car in. Respond here or check sales records for my contact information. I'm not trying to be the "customer from xxxx." Readers can see another review I did when I first got the car. 5 star praise about everything. Then a different reality after the sale was experienced that has been very disappointing. I just want this important feature of the car fixed so I can go back to my original opinion of Autonation Subaru.
