They were very polite and professional. Stuart was great. Two and a half hours for an oil change was a bit excessive. Why do I make an appointment? When I made the appointment, I told the gal it was to be complimentary with my auto purchase. Instead of verifying, she simply confirmed a time slot and left it up to Stuart to find the paperwork. More
We purchased our used Merc S 560 from AutoNation Subaru. James Taylor was our guide thru the whole process. Courteous, smart and very knowledgeable. AutoNation is lucky to have him on the floor. The process was so easy we were in and out with our car in less than 2 hours and most of that was detailing the car. More
This dealership is always great to work with. The service reps are friendly, professional and easy to work with. They always explain all work that will be done and the estimated cost. I purchased my Forester at this dealership, and regularly have it serviced there. I have been treated well by all personnel, service is prompt, and performed with expertise. I would recommend without hesitat have it serviced there. I have been treated well by all personnel, service is prompt, and performed with expertise. I would recommend without hesitation. More
My experience with James Taylor was singular in my car buying experience. I always felt served as the customer, that he had my best interests in mind, and he provided everything I needed to make an inform buying experience. I always felt served as the customer, that he had my best interests in mind, and he provided everything I needed to make an informed decision and the best choice for myself and my family. He was patient, friendly, engaging, and trustworthy. Prior to coming to Subaru Scottsdale I had already was 95% set to buy a Grand Highlander. A few things changed my mind. Consumer Reports ranked Subaru number one, the quality, styling, and drivability of the car, and the contrast with the sales experience I had experienced at Toyota. I left Subaru with a new Ascent. No Disclosures, No Help — Just $16K in Repairs on a ‘Worry-Free’ Truck AutoNation claims: “All of our used vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection process and come with a vehicle history report, so ‘Worry-Free’ Truck AutoNation claims: “All of our used vehicles undergo a rigorous inspection process and come with a vehicle history report, so you can rest assured that the vehicle is Worry-Free and ready for the open road ahead!” I purchased a so-called “Worry-Free” 2014 Ford F-150 from AutoNation Subaru of Scottsdale on May 23, 2025. Less than a month later, certified shops diagnosed catastrophic failures: suspension, turbochargers, coolant system, and overdue high-mileage service — totaling over $15,000 in needed repairs. Here’s the kicker: these problems had already been identified in a prior inspection before AutoNation performed their “rigorous inspection” and sold the truck. They didn’t disclose a thing. I contacted them on June 16 with full documentation and a reasonable request to resolve it privately. They acknowledged the report — and then ghosted me. No help. No follow-up. No accountability. Now, every drive is a game of truck roulette — waiting to see what fails next and hoping it doesn’t kill me or someone else. But hey, at least AutoNation made the sale. More
