As of July 23, 2021, AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines was advertising the absolute lowest price in the state of Florida for the Nissan Leaf. After my experience, it is my perception that the prices are only to lure you to their dealership to then tell you that those prices are for Leases only. Really Mr. Jo Dash? Leases are advertised Money Down plus the Monthly Payment for the term of the Lease. There is no Purchase Price for a Lease. This is the story of how AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines/Jo Dash ruined my birthday. My wife called AutoNation a few days before and told them that we were interested in the 2021 Nissan Leaf SL Plus and that we would drive all the way from Orlando. Once we were at the dealership, out of 5 Nissan Leaf SL Plus, they picked one for us instead of showing us all 5 cars so that we could pick one. When we mentioned that we wanted the Nissan Promotional 0% APR for 72 Months, Jo Dash said that that promotion was only for 36 months. Then he later apologized because he was wrong. Then when we asked for a breakdown of the numbers (purchase price, taxes, and fees), Jo Dash gave us a number well over $40,000, when the vehicles were advertised for $34,773. We were in shock. When we asked Jo Dash for the Purchase Price of the car, the figure he told us was a little over $40,000, instead of the advertised $34,773. When I asked him how the purchase price went from $34,773 to $40,000, Joe Dash replied "I don't know." AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines flat out refused to honor their advertised asking price with Nissan's current 0% APR Promotion. After having walked out of the dealership, Mr. Jo Dash called us to "explain" to us (it was really more of to cowardly belittle us over the phone) that we couldn't have it both ways, that if we apply for the 0% APR we have to forgo the $6,000 Rebate. He was very condescending and told us that they need to profit and that they couldn't give us a car for free without profiting. Jo Dash wasn't rude to us in the sense that he never used profanity and he was always soft spoken, but regrettably he was dishonest. I'd much rather have a rude but honest sales person. Guess what Mr. Jo Dash? Contrary to what you explained to us over the phone that "we don't understand," Coral Springs Auto Mall Nissan matched AutoNation Nissan's asking price for a 2021 Nissan Leaf SL Plus with Premium Paint and also honored Nissan's 0% APR Promotion for 72 Months. How do you let a customer with 845 Credit Score and a household salary of $200k per year, putting 20% Down Payment, walk out of your dealership without a car. AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines should be ashamed. Thanks to Mr. Jo Dash having wasted so much of our time, knowing that it was my birthday, our kids had to wait until 2:00am, with a cake to sing Happy Birthday to me. Shame on you... We were ready to walk out of AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines with the white 2021 Nissan Leaf SL Plus for the asking price. No haggle whatsoever. Mr. Dash refused to deliver the advertised price and promotion. A huge thank you to Coral Springs Auto Mall for saving the day. They didn't play any games. They showed us their cars. We picked one. They matched the price. We agreed. They were super impressed with our credit standing and down payment and we just got it done. They were so happy AutoNation let us walk out empty handed. They gave us a warm reception. Everybody congratulated us on the purchase. The hospitality was amazing. Water, coffee, a whole training on how to navigate the Nissan Leaf instruments, etc. Thank you Coral Springs Auto Mall Nissan. More

Absolutely terrible service. The technician i used to go to here, left and warned me this place was going downhill fast. I should have listened. Whatever, that was okay, so i leave my car over the weekend because i was told the part would be in on Monday. Monday came around and i tried contacting my service technician Robert Blair multiple times, they deliberately ignore you here. Robert told me the par had come in around 11am and should be ready around 4:30. The tech finally calls me back at 5:30pm on Monday only to tell me the part never came in and “i should just come and get my car” mind you, they completely took apart my car and didnt have the part to replace it! They put an old part back on my car that they had laying around the shop. Got in touch with a manager Robert and he refused book me an appointment and make sure the part was in stock, he told me to talk to one of the service techs (the ones that cant communicate). Save your time and effort and do not go here. There is much better service out there. More

Do not recommend I went to this dealer with my used car to trade in for a new car. The manager Christian Magdalena promised to give me $3,000 for my used car but their I went to this dealer with my used car to trade in for a new car. The manager Christian Magdalena promised to give me $3,000 for my used car but their system was down and asked for me to come back the next day for the check. When I went back, they were only willing to give me $2,300 now that I got the new car, they didn't care anymore. My sales rep Yusef was great but management knew they weren't gonna give me the amount they promised the day I got the new car. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
