I went for an scheduled oil last Wednesday and waited around for my car for over three ours. Around closing time, sitting in an empty waiting area I was approached by the front desk worker. My car had around for my car for over three ours. Around closing time, sitting in an empty waiting area I was approached by the front desk worker. My car had not been located nor serviced as per computer file. they had no idea who took my car. The manager went to locate my car and brought it back the same way, not serviced . It took over three hours. I was promised a free oil change and tire rotation on my next trip. Friday I returned again and informed greeter of past situation. No agent called me to review my car prior to service. I went up and checked status almost an hour later, they said car was being serviced. Same manager from Wednesday came out and stated car was serviced but tire rotation was not needed. I took the car and left, forget about the free vacuum. It took two days and over five hours to get my prepaid oil change. Yes I have a prepaid plan, the free oil change was a slap on the face. I have been there going to Nissan every six months for all my car needs since 2017. My last visits last week, sitting there for so long was not acceptable. More
