Worst Nissan service center ever. FRAUD… BEWARE. My car had an Airbag issue. It was under the warranty at that time. They told the part was back ordered because of COVID. I waited fo FRAUD… BEWARE. My car had an Airbag issue. It was under the warranty at that time. They told the part was back ordered because of COVID. I waited for more than 1 year. I enquired about the part multiple times but the reply was “still waiting for part to be delivered”. Finally, they told me to bring the car for repair. I left my car for 3days. They told my that the repair was completed. However, after 2weeks the airbag light came back again. I went back again and then I was told that they never replaced the part because now the car was not under warranty. Why did they keep my car for 3 days if they couldn’t repair it? Why was I lied to about repair when I picked my car? They had no answer. Just refused to honor the warranty and repair. AVOID at all costs if possible. More

The Customer Care Consultant was nice, but couldn't help me with the headlight issue with my 2015 Altima, gave me a phone number to call and they were no help. They gave me another phone number but no one to speak to only a recorded line. I still don't know what to do to get my headlight defect fixed. At this point I will never buy another Nissan. I was not informed that the warranty was extended and now I am being told it's expired! How do I get this fixed? More
