Oil change doesn’t take over 2hrs to change. Not to mention the advisor went home didn’t tell me about what’s going on with my car. I had to ask different Advisor Kevin which he got my car and h Not to mention the advisor went home didn’t tell me about what’s going on with my car. I had to ask different Advisor Kevin which he got my car and help me with everything. Kevin told me the Mechanic seen something wrong with my Axel wanted me to drop my car off maybe the next week. I did had to get loaner. Come to find out nothing was wrong with my Axel. Omg came last week Friday to pick up my car. Nobody could find my car. It was about 20 mins for them to locate my car. Not to mention I had to pay for gas in the Loaner car in which I didn’t need in the first place. When I got my car back it was Dirty. They could’ve wash my car. The service is Horrible and advisor are unprofessional especially the lady I had. Every time…I come there I have to step out of character to get service done. I only come to this location because I Purchase the car here. I’m very Unsatisfied. Most likely will not be coming back there for service. More

The check in process and the Service writer Keri was excellent. I was not happy that they did not rotate my tires per the service order. And hey said they did! (I specifically mark each tire before en excellent. I was not happy that they did not rotate my tires per the service order. And hey said they did!
