My trip to nissan was my second attempt to change my oil after I was blatantly lied to and deceived and of course it wasn't without hiccups. I went to nissan on April 19th for an oil change that was due after I was blatantly lied to and deceived and of course it wasn't without hiccups. I went to nissan on April 19th for an oil change that was due according to the sticker I got from the last oil change, and to have my car checked. The service tech i got Kevin's attitude came off as uninterested, uncaring, and incompetent hence the bad customer service I got. He lied and said my car was checked and was okay he put a sticker in my car that wasn't even legible when I asked for another one he said the machine was broken, unbelievable for a big dealership like nissan, so it was hand written with a pen that was running a complete mess. Fast forward for my second trip on July 11th. While driving l saw the maintenance light came on saying i needed oil/ filter and tire check, when I went to check it out the oil wasn't changed on April 19th although the old sticker was removed and the new eligible sticker put in place. Outrageous for a big dealership like nissan. The service tech I got Romero Cruz, was pleasant and courteous and tried his best to make things right by, offering free tire rotation and a complimentary car wash which was an epic( fail) no fault of Mr Cruz. They made three attempts to wash my car i should've declined the offer because I was late for work as a result. My issue is because of the negligence of an employee, my car was jeopardize it had to notify me that it needed maintenance, so it was running on old oil and I'm already having issues with the transmission which is documented there.which shouldn't be happening i bought the car with 6000 mils, 2018 it has 26,000 mils i keep up on my maintenance. If my car wasn't paid off i would've traded it in i can't be bothered with the headache. Apologizing and giving me a shabby car wash is not enough I want monetary compensation. Nissan dealership has gone downhill no wonder they have so much employees turnovers. They're gonna be always getting bad reviews or sued I'm just watching my car to see what happens i don't trust anyone there. More
I had a great experience with Bob Williams and Rob Hassan. Very pleased with both their service and getting things done . I was there for 30,000 mile checkup on 7/12/2022. My service person was Beatriz Perez. She was very pleasant and I hope to see her on my next visit. Sad there is such a big turn around for employees. I don’t know his name but the man who greets people is wonderful. He told me he was 80 but liked what he does. Give him a raise! Thank you for your service. My only complaint was the $580.00 charge. Sandy Quality of work who knows. On Christmas Day car wld not start and again 3 weeks later. AAA said I needed a battery but I’m sure because it was under warranty service did not replace it. On the second trip in January Antonio Vila made sure the service department put in a new battery. Works fine now. Two trips and 2 AAA trips was not necessary so the QUALITY of work on 7/12/2022 will have to wait, More
