My experience at AutoNation Nissan Pembroke Pines was great, due largely in part to the staff's time, attention and communication. When I say staff,I'm referring specifically to Kevin, who served as my d great, due largely in part to the staff's time, attention and communication. When I say staff,I'm referring specifically to Kevin, who served as my designated point of contact from day one until the end. I cannot say enough great things about this young man. He was one of the first ones on site when I initially dropped off my car for service and was one of the last ones there at the end when I picked it up. Honorable mention to Mr. Hassan, the sales manger who also stepped in and went beyond the call of duty when a delay in supply chain/distribution of my necessary part led to a delay in service. I have health issues and between the extreme heat and lack of a/c, he saw to it that I was aided in obtaining temporary.courtesy transportation for the 2-3 days that my car was being serviced when part came in. What to him was perhaps a quick act of customer service, was to me a big relief and display of business ethics, etc. For these reasons, specifically Kevin & Mr. Hassan, I would very much rate my experience with that of 5 stars!
