Dealer identified and corrected a poorly-installed brake job that was done by a different Nissan dealer in Texas. Remains TBD if this truly solves the knocking noise, but so far it has. I was disappointed with the service. I arrived at 8am, the first thing was that they recommended me to change the wipers and they gave me to sign a receipt with the price of $39 but acc I arrived at 8am, the first thing was that they recommended me to change the wipers and they gave me to sign a receipt with the price of $39 but according to the person who attended me the real price was 50. Then I spent 2 hours and 30 minutes waiting for did the oil change. when they brought me the car I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to give me the keys. In addition to that, when I went to pay the price had risen to $62, when I asked, they told me that they were dealer fees, but I explained that they had never told me. I was very upset because if they had told me from the beginning I would not have bought them. More

Poor communication from service advisor. Says job is complete then proceeds to keep my car another 45 minutes. Then says part that I bought wasn't solution to issue. Matthew did a great job staying on top of what my rouge needed! And was very good at communicating with me through text while I dropped my car off for a brakes service.
