This visit to auto nation was the worst I've experienced. I have been servicing all my cars for the las 8 years there. The service rep seemed very overwhelmed. He forgot to notify me that my car was ready. H I have been servicing all my cars for the las 8 years there. The service rep seemed very overwhelmed. He forgot to notify me that my car was ready. He had left for the day and didn't even leave my paperwork at the check-out counter. Then, he added "recommended repairs" that i never signed off on nor did he tell me about. The next day my car wasn't even running right so I had to bring my car back and wait 6 hours only for them to tell me my battery was no good. Really?! after you did a full service! By the third day all 4 of my hub caps came off because they didn't put them back on correctly after replacing my ties! More
